Set countdown. Add multiple exercise steps or rest steps. Set repeat times. A workout timer is done. Measure exercise step with duration or count. Step can plus photo and text for detail description.

Start workout with voice guide.

There are friendly voice guides for every workout steps. When each step is coming to the end. There is also voice guide to remind you. You can do workout only with voice guide totally.

Workout logs ( Only in pro version ).

When workout timer is over. Log your workout. You choose your feeling for this workout. It is so easy, just right or too hard. You can review your workout logs through timeline.
